In The Christmas Spirit!

Merry Christmas Eve!!!!! Yay!!! I am so excited for Christmas!

Anyway, here's a picture of me and my sister and some other dancers from after our last performance. I was at the theater for approximately 8 hours. Ugh! But it really was a whole lot of fun.
Now more onto more Christmas-y stuff! Below is white and milk chocolate covered pretzels that me and my sister made for her schools bakesale. They raised $500 for a nonprofit group that makes meals for homeless and homebound people. We made two batches, so what ya see below is actually only half of what we made. They were soooo good!!!

Also, for us, me and my sister made gingerbread cookies for the first time yesterday! They are delicious! I thought I'd show you a few of them.

We made huge 3D paper snowflakes and I hung up a few. We have been giving them as presents to some people. We are so crafty! Lol I love doing Christmas related stuff.

Me and my sister went to be elves at a Christmas party for kids under 10. It was so much fun!!!! So many people took so many pictures of me with their kids. It was really great.

I am trying to get a little girl's toy from Santa Claus open, but it was crazy for how wired in it was to the box. She was so cute though!

Santa's readin' a story to the kids (and the elves). He actually read like 3 stories. A cute little boy is sitting on my lap below, listening to the story. The girl in the picture above sat on my lap to for a little while also.

I wish people acted as they do at Christmas time. It is so much fun. People are so nice. Maybe one day it will be where everybody is kind and good at Christmas time all the time.

Christmas Break is Tomorrow!!!!

Well, Christmas break is actually half of tomorrow because it is a half day at school. And then Christmas break!!! Yay!!!! I am so ready for it, I have been so busy at school I need a break. Plus, I am looking forward to Christmas. But then again I always am.
One of my teachers gave everyone the candy cane legend story on cute paper, and a candy cane. The story of the candy cane representing Jesus. I haven't heard that story in a long time, and the last time I heard it before I was to little to remember that I ever knew it. Lol once I figured out that the curve shape to it was shaped like a "J" to represent Jesus, I ate it the way I guess most people would consider "upsidedown." Anyway I saw a couple of people through theirs away, which made me sad, but now that I think about it maybe it could help someone diggin through the trash. Haha.

Guess what! We are performing for dance again! This Saturday, two showings of it, and the same dance we did at Fantasy of Trees. YAY!!!! I am excited and I hope we do a great job. We've added more to the dance since the time we did it at Fantasy.

Hmmm. Now that I am thinking about it, I wonder if I ever said anything about me wanting to be a lifeguard this summer. Well anyway I do. I have been swimming more often lately, but not enough to suit me to get ready for the test to be a lifeguard thingymajig. I hope I pass, and get to get a job as a lifeguard.
Speaking of swimming pools and such, me and my sister went to this free scuba diving introductory lesson. It was fun, after I sorta got the hang of it.

Rant of the Week: I am hoping I did good on the finals I did so far. I am going to be super mad if I do crappy and get a bunch knocked off my grade.

Rave of the Week: I dissected a pig in Honors Biology a couple of days ago. Also, I got a partner fairly easily, which made me happy!!!!

Dance & Angel Tree

I got everything!!! And just in time too, cuz I had to take everything to the mall to drop off yesterday.

On Sunday I went to the mall and bought a cute jacket for Girl 2 and the winter outfit for Girl 3. That was good to get that stuff. The outfit was $8 and the jacket was $15. I also got stuff from Claires for me on the clearance stuff and saved $25! That was great!

Yesterday night I went to Walmart and got a different coat that was reversible and seemed better for rainy weather than the jacket I got before. Also it was $7 and my daddy is going to take the other jacket back and I'll get my money back. My sister got underwear for one of her Angel Tree kids, and then I saw gloves 2 for a dollar, and so I had to get them. I got three of those so everybody could have some, except for Girl 5 who is a baby so I got her a hat for a dollar. That all worked great! Then as we left I put my change in the Salvation Army bucket outside-that made me feel good. Then we went to the mall to take everything to put in the big Christmas present box. There are still cards there on trees waiting for someone to come and help, and that isn't good. But I am just about broke for the current moment. When we left to go I put more change in the Salvation Army bucket in front of the mall.

Rant of the Week: I am still pissed that I don't have really any friends in Honors Biology.

Rave of the Week: I am super happy cuz there are several guys that are totally crushing on me. It is so much fun!!!

Happy Thanksgiving Y'all!

Hi! I was at Fantasy of Trees yesterday! And today! Our dance went great, we did a really good job, and I am glad of that. I volunteered today helping people decorate cookies! That was lots of fun. I really enjoyed that.

At the moment I am super full as I just finished a big supper. I think it is best to only get super small portions when you've got lots and lots of food because I wanted to get to eat everything that I wanted. I had turkey and dressing and cranberry sauce and green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy and corn and rolls and pumpkin pie and Cool Whip and cherry pie and ice cream. Yum! I am fuuuullllll.

Hello y'all. Guess what! I got the Glee soundtrack!!!! Yay! I just finished listening to it a minute or two ago; my sister is now listenin' to her Taylor Swift CD.

Fantasy of Trees is tomorrow!!! EEEE!!! Yay I am so excited! I sure hope we don't screw it up. Its a really cool dance. We are dressed up as elves teehee.

I also figured out that I am gonna be on my school's newspaper! Not sure what all I will be doing for it yet, but I'm excited.

Lol I am listening to Love Story by Taylor Swift at the moment, and it is funny cuz I just finished reading Romeo and Juliet at school today. Haha.

Angel Tree

Sooo, I had an awesome weekend! I went to the mall on Saturday! That was loads of fun. I got two really pretty head bands, a Christmas tree neckleace, and a Labyrinth t shirt!!!! YAY!!!

I also got some Angel Tree cards with the kids that I am gonna shop around for, so they can have some Christmas presents. Here they are:

Yeah, that's 7 in all. Crap I guess I got too much, being that so far my Angel Tree fund is $35. But I wanna help these little kids! They need my help, and I will help them. But dang, finding prices that are actually priced at a good price *cough not Walmart cough though they think they are cough* is like findin' a needle in a haystack. Or hay in a needlestack. Lol not the second one, none of this is hurting me, and I just wanna help.

My sister got 2 of the Angel Tree thingies also.

On Sunday, we went to the park and played there for a little while. After that we went to the bookstore and got some books for the little girl that wants books. Luckily, we ran into one of I guess I would say alma mater teachers at the store and she had some books she was gonna take to the school and found them in the free bin and they were in good condition so she gave them to me and I bought some books and now have a bunch of books for each kid to get at least 1 and the one that wanted books to get several. That is good.
Yesterday night I looked thru my closet and found 2 stuffed animals with tags still on them and in good condition. A horse is for boy #1 and a bear is for girl #6.
Today I went to a thrift store after school to look for clothes for girl #3 and possibly girl #2 but alas, there wasn't anything there that worked. BUT, we went to Big Lots afterwards and I still didn't find those things, but I did find baby dolls for 5 bucks and bought a couple of them. I got one for girl #6 since that is what she wanted, and the other for girl #3. Just clothes is not enough, no little kid, especially not a 3 year old would want just clothes. Hers is in purple because that is her favorite color, and girl #6's is in pink. Both dolls are very nice and I know I would have liked them if I were younger. Actually I still would like them.

Anyway, this means I have gotten 4 kids down, 3 to go. YAY!!! This is good, but I don't have very much money. I started with $35 and that isn't much to start with. Now I only have $21.51 left. But I also used some other money when I got books because I made other purchases and only used part of the Angel Tree fund. I still need to get the Tinkerbell movie and a winter coat, plus a winter outfit.

Ugh, this is a handful! But I like it.

DONE WITH MY HOMEWORK!!! YAY!!

EEEHHH! I am done with my homework for the weekend! I love being already done with it and the weekend isn't even close to bein' over with!!! YAY!
So far my Angel Tree fund is something like $35 but some of that is just because I felt like adding more to it. I hope to get to babysit soon again, and have more money and add more money to the fund I am saving up.
Anyway now, not only am I dancing at Fantasy of Trees, but I am also volunteering there on Thanksgiving actually. I am lookin' forward to it! I hope it's lots of fun. I also hope the dance goes well and is lots of fun too, because I am so looking forward to it!!!!
What's to come of this weekend?
I dunno but I plan to have fun.

Rant of the Week: I don't like not having any friends (does not include acquaintances or people crushing on me XD) in honors biology. It is especially annoying because we have labs and that means lab partner. uuuggghhh. Plus there are people in there that are flat out rude to me, and I have done NOTHING that I know of to be rude to them.
Rave of the Week: I haven't had a lab that needs a partner in a long time, and it doesn't seem like there could be a lab for what we will be getting into next as it is DNA. YAY!!!

DANCE!

Hello y'all!

Ugh I am not too gleeful for the fact that the World Series has been on in the place of Glee on tv. I think playing baseball is fun, but watching it- not so much. Thats just me. Apparently the "world" loves it since it is on instead of Glee and is called the World Series. Whatever, at least it will be back on next week. Or at least it should be. I hope it is.

Anyway, why would I entitle my blog post "DANCE!" if it is just about complaining about the World Series, you ask? Because I am not finished yet!

I am gonna perform at the Fantasy of Trees!!! We are doing a dance for hip hop there on the Wednsday before Thanksgiving, November 25th, some time after 3:00. I AM SO EXCITED!!! YAY!!!!! I hope it will be a lot of fun, I think it will be.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

HI!!!! It has been more than a month since I have said anything on here. This is also the first time in the school year that I don't have ANY homework. OMG YAY!!!!! It is sorta very hard to believe.

Anyways, GUESS WHAT!!! I got my learners' permit!!! YEAH! Like about a month ago is when I got it. I AM SOOOO HAPPY! So far I have been doing a good job at driving. I am still in the parking lot, but hopefully soon I will move on to the road. I CAN'T WAIT!!

On a different note, I am going to be a witch for Halloween. This is literally the first time I have ever done that before, and I dunno why. But I'm gonna be a witch, my sister is going to be a witch, and get this, my DADDY is going to be a witch!. It took a lot of convincing, but it worked. He's gonna have a pink wig too! I can't wait for trick or treating tonight!!!!! YAY!!!!

Lack of Time

Hello all! 'Tis been a freaking age since I've been able to make a new blog post.

Anyways who wants to hear my awesome poem that (shockingly) is for school?
Of course you do. Here it is:

Lack of Time

I do not have time to do any of my homework.
I do not have time to do much of anything but my homework.
I do not have time to sleep but I am expected to get that done anyway,
And wake up at the crack of dawn.
I do not have time to study for tests
Especially when I have more than one in the same day
I do not have time to be creative,
To dance and to draw and to read.
I do all of that anyway
All the while completely running out of time
I do not have time for a break
I do not have time to have fun
Which makes me wonder,
Why do I have so much fun anyway?
Because I do
But I know I would have much more fun if I had a lot more time
And a lot less homework.

That pretty much describes as to why I have not been able to post a new blog post. Ugh!

BANDSLAM! (Luckily not a back slam though on the diving boards)

Weee!!! These are pictures from the pool. I talk about the pool so much I figured I should show you some of what I do off the diving boards. The pic above is the end of me doing a toe touch, in which was like more than straight in the air. But you wouldn't be able to tell there though.

I SAW BANDSLAM YESTERDAY!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! David Bowie was in it as I said before that he was. Rebel Rebel, Changes, and Star by him were played in the movie. He didn't have a big part but he sort of did because he was talked about throughout the movie. He looked awesome. I loved it.

HOORAY It Is The Weekend!!!!!

HIYA!
I am liking school pretty well now. I liked it before when I posted last, which was a week ago, but I really didn't want it to start. And I still don't want it to have already have started, and for the pool hours to be so LAAAAAAAME. Like super lame it is craaaaazzzzy.
Anyway though I am meeting some new people and hanging out with the old people I know who are my friends. Most are anyway. Also, we had a debate about whether or not histor repeats itself in honors world history, and I think it does and I was the leader on the opposing side, and we won and most of us didn't even agree over what we argued over! Hahaha that shows just how good a leader I am.
Dance was good this week. It was fun!
Now I need to get a lock for my locker, as I do not have one yet.

I AM SO HAPPY IT IS THE WEEKEND YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

First Day of School!

Whoop-dee-doo. Yeah it was fun. I liked it. Actually it is the first day of high school. So it is really different. And B-I-G. But I am sorta gettin' my way around the place. I am pretty sure I know where the library is. And I obviously know where the snack machines are- but that's not important. I know where the auditorium is. And the gym. That sorta thing. So go meeee!!!! But anyways I am not in the mood for school to be starting so early. I mean UGH! Not just early in the day but y'know early in the year. Yuck. I dunno what has gotten into the minds of the people that decide when to start, but it is crazy. Anyways I met a girl named Heather, and I already know some people there. So thats good. And lots of people are actually very nice. It is surprising really. But I like it.

Like I told you before, I am starting dance up again. I did my first classes yesterday, and it was lots of fun! I had a good time. I can't wait for the recital, in like May or something. It also made me think that being a hip hop teacher, would be fun. Cuz it is bunches of fun to do it, so imagine teaching it! Ballet too, but for really little itty-bitty people as I suck at ballet terms and such. But it is a lot of fun and I enjoyed it the other day.

Do Something Nice To Somebody

Hello! Guess what I am going to do! Since I babysit, I am going to take $5 from the money I make for babysitting for each day, and near Christmas when The Angel Tree starts I will help out some of the kids there and buy them the things they have listed on their angels. I have $20 set aside for that so far. I hope I can get more to help these little kids out with this.

Now onto the news about whats up with meeee!
I saw my cousins on Saturday, they came to visit. The younger one who is two said that she was "going to ring the 'dingbell'" rather than doorbell. Both of them seemed to think it was fun to pretend to be coming to the house like as if I didn't already know they were there. It was so cute.

This Thursday I am going to start up doing dance classes again. I used to do it when I was little and then seperately a couple of years ago I did dance too. And now I am going to do it again, and I am excited!!! I am doing Ballet and Hip Hop. A couple of years ago when I did those two kinds of dance; for Hip Hop the song we did was Schools Out by Alice Cooper, and that was really cool. And lots of fun. Haha just thought I'd say that.

Rant of the Week: On last Friday I went swimming and ended up smacking my head against one of my friends-actually to rephrase that she was not paying attention and looking at me when I was telling her something and I was leaning on the metal pool ladder and with her face turned she walked up the ladder out of nowhere and smacks my head.

Rave of the Week: I am once again still as smart as I ever was before my head got hit- AND with it not being my fault for once. Lol.

MY KNEE IS TALKING TO MEEEEEE!!!!!!!

AHHHHH!!!!! MY KNEE WAS TALKING TO ME!!!!! Actaully, it was just the joints rubbing against each other. But it sounded like it was talking, like on a crappy microphone in the distance. And then when I stuck my ear to my knee the next time, it sounded like it was attempting to laugh a scary horror movie like laugh; but not succeeding.

Anyways, I was babysitting today, and the day before yesterday, which was fun! I am going to tomorrow to as far as I know so I am excited about that. And then I will go to the pool later on as it is the dj night then. Soo woohoo!

Jonathan, Babysitting, And Exercising

Lets see, what have I been doing lately? I have been swimming, and I went to the movies today. I went to workout at the Y yesterday. I donated 10 cents to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation by walking a mile on the new pink treadmill. Whoop-deee-dooo. It should at least be $1, and that isn't very much, even if there are more than just one person exercising on it.

Anyways, guess what I am gonna do! I'm practically booked towards babysitting as far as I know this next week. Wooohoo! I hope I get to do this and it works out well. I love babysitting, and just little kids in general.

Anyways, here's the news in my world other then this amazing news about David Bowie.
We have a whooole bunch of produce. Like a boat load. Hahaha we have a huge box filled with tomatoes, a basket filled with green beans, another basket filled with peaches, a gallon of blackberries, and 300 ears of corn. Well we don't have all of that now cuz we sold some of it, not for profit, but we have a whole bunch.

So we are now up to our ears in corn. And other produce too.

Rant of the Week: Though we have lots of produce, we seem to have managed to get no okra yet, which is one of my favorite vegetables.

My Weekend (though what does it matter if it is the weekend, it's summer!)

Those are pictures of my nails. I have two of the new nail paint pen things, and they are so fun!!! I have a blue one too and have used it a couple of times. I just didn't take pictures of them for you to see. Anyway aren't my nails cute?! Hahaha :D

Now, lets see whats new with myself. Ahh yes, Friday I went out to eat at Salsarita's, which is my all time FAVORITE place to eat at because it is so great! I loooooove it. Afterwards I went to the pool, and Saturday we went to the movies. I saw Monsters Vs. Aliens, and then later on we went to my grandmothers house. Me, my daddy, and my sister played this game I like a whole bunch called 'ghost in the graveyard.' Someone's a ghost that hides and everyone else counts and runs out, looking for the ghost and tries to find it yet avoid it and get back to the base before it gets you and turns you into a ghost and then both ghosts go out and hide, etc. IT IS FUN I LOVE THAT GAME! Oh yeah and it is night time so it is dark and creepy. :)

Yesterday we went to my other grandparents house and road their boat, and I got to sit on the back of it where I like and is I guess closer to the water. But anyway I like it there and I guess I am now old enough to sit there. That's where me and my daddy sat. I also got to drive the boat, unable to find the pedal, at the time not knowing that there is no pedal. But it was a lot of fun. Before the boat ride I went to church and three little girls there are going to get Baptised, so congrats to them!!! :D

This morning we went to Panera Bread for breakfast, which was nice. I enjoyed that. That is hat we have done so far!

Rant of the Week: I have hit my head like three times this week. Ugh! What a drag lol.

Rave of the Week: Even though I have hit my head I am still as smart as ever.

I Went Shopping Today!!!!

So yes as the title says, I went shopping today. And it was so much fun! I went to the mall and got a cute shirt at JCPenney's, and Hello Kitty earrings and really cool looking nail polish that has 3 colors in one from Claires! I loooove to shop because I think it is so much fun!

I also went to the pool today, and had nachos, which I looooooove very much. They are so good.

Rant of the week: Home Improvement doesn't come on Nick @ Nite until really really really late at night which is dumb cuz I don't care about Malcolm in the Middle which just got in the way and then some dentist show is gonna be next for new stuff which seems even more stupid. And I am very sick of George Lopez, and Fresh Prince of Bel Air. I like The Nanny though and Family Matters is fine.

Rave of the week: I get to watch Home Improvement on TBS in the middle of the day! Hahaha. Another rave is that I am super glad to be doing flips off the diving boards again!

Latest Info

GUESS WHAT!!!! I did a back flip on the high diving board a few days ago! YAY FOR ME!!! Hahaha. It is almost as easy as a front flip is to me. But that is just to me, and that is because I have started up flipping again, which is much easier than it seems. Before you actually flip it seems waaaay harder.
Lets see what else is new with me.... Oh yes. I was babysitting on Saturday, which was fun. I think it is fun because I love little kids. Lol.

OMG

Wow. Y'here about Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson both died today? Two celebrities in ONE day. Crap thats like the two presidents in one day thing. I mean, Farrah was sick anyway, so I guess it was expected, but I didn't really expect it. And Michael well I dunno, I mean I knew he wouldn't live on this world forever, but it is just weird anyway. Both of them were really pretty young I guess too.

Anyways on a happier note, I went out to eat tonight and have been livin' up my summer :D because it is fun. I am so happy to get to go to the pool. YAY!!!! AND another thing, I used to be able to flip off the high dive a year or two ago, and was afraid of hitting my head so I sorta quit doing it, but now I do it again!!! Woohoo!!! Teehee and I am able to run off the diving board before I flip so not to brag or anything but just guessing my flips are looking pretty good. And I have barely smacked the water the wrong way too!!

It's Summer! WOOO!

Hi all. Aren't ya glad it is summer? I am! Yay! So far mostly all I have been doing is going to the pool and shopping. Which is FUN! And I get to sleep in, which is a nice break, get up when I want to. Unless my cats come bother me first. Which doesn't bother me until they decide to meow and never shut up. But anyway overall I am super happy for it to be summer. I like it bunches.

Yeah so that is why I had to share it because it is the best poem EVER! Haha actually it is probably one of the worst, but I love it anyway. Y'see, it makes sense. Jonathan Taylor Thomas voices young Simba, and Matthew Broderick is grown up Simba. And Haiku poems have 5, 7, and then 5 syllables. Jonathan Taylor Thomas is 7 syllables in itself. Ha so now you guys know the life story of this awe-inspiring poem.

Happy Easter!

So yup, Happy Easter guys. Even though Easter was 2 days ago lol. I went to Church, which was really full; and obviously thats a good thing. :D I went to my grandparents house after that.

Also, I got candy and a chicken that lays eggs that are gum, and you wind it up to do that. And haha I think it looks really funny. The gum tastes good too. So yay!

I colored eggs, but I don't have a picture of them right now. So yeah I am the only one that gets to see them hahaha. I win! Cuz you don't know what my Easter eggs look like. Jk. :D

Rave of the week: I got an awesome new desk thing and I like it a bunch.

Rant of the week: Vh1 classic does not play enough David Bowie videos, or anything else I wanna see usually when I watch it in the morning before school, which makes me annoyed.

One more thing, the picture of the cat above is Tippy, the one that I was gonna put up before, but forgot it, so I decided to do it in my next blog post. So yeah enjoy yourselves. :D

My 1st Awesome Blog Post

Hello y'all, and welcome to my blog!!! Like, YIPPEE!!! Haha. For starters, my name is Olivia. I like loads of different sorts of crap!

First of all, the picture below is of me, while I was ice skating some time last year. I think I look like a vampire sorta in that particular picture. A Twilight vampire, maybe Rosalie from the movie. (Its not like I am actually attempting nor long to be a vampire, but y'know, I don't really mind).

I love cats, and lots of different animals. I like to watch tv shows, 'specially Home Improvement; and I like art. Drawing and painting and stuff like that is fun! :D I have thought that all my life. I am also sporty, I like to do different sports. So that means I'm athletic I guess. My favorite sport is roller skating. Another thing I absoulutely think is flippin' awesome would be music. Of all sorts. A HUGE variety. The only thing really that I truly dislike is opera. (I do like rock opera a bunch though, not the same thing). I like to watch movies and read books and really just have fun. I like way too many things to describe here. So I'm not gonna go into loads of detail or nothin' of that sort.

Anywho, my guys are Jonathan Taylor Thomas and David Bowie!!! They are both magically delicious! Rob Lowe too, but he has done super grody things in the past, so that sorta is a turn off. See my awesome picture of the 3 of them below, in a collage, that I made all by myself.

Now, I have a bunch of pets. 1 fish; named Swish, 2 dogs; Delia and Ellie, and 8 cats; Loc (like Tone Loc, the rapper), Buddy (though Buddy kinda disowned us and now lives at the nieghbor's house), Cerulean, Tippy, Katie, Snicklefritz, Moonheart, and Lilly. I used to have one named Maisy, but she died a year or 2 ago. :'(
